SSS GROUP & AHQ & SONS GROUP AGREEMENT

Trademark Group facilitated a USD 27 million trade agreement between Saudi Arabia’s AHQ & Sons Group and Australia’s SSS Group. The deal includes manufacturing scaffolding systems in Saudi Arabia, starting with 12,000 tonnes, expanding to 80,000 tonnes by year three, meeting local demand and supporting exports. This partnership strengthens industrial ties, advances Saudi infrastructure, and leverages Australian expertise. The signing ceremony at Trademark Group’s Riyadh headquarters was attended by senior officials, highlighting its significance.

UNIVERSE AGREEMENT – USD 50 MILLION EDUCATION PARTNERSHIP

UniVerse committed USD 50 million to a strategic education and research partnership with Saudi Arabia. This investment will establish cutting-edge research labs and educational facilities, fostering global collaboration and driving innovation in academia. The agreement, signed in Sydney, aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, reinforcing the Kingdom’s position as a leader in higher education and scientific advancement.

This groundbreaking event, hosted together with the Trademark Group of Companies, marked the largest delegation of 75+ Australians to Saudi Arabia. The inaugural Aussie Expo, held on October 21st and 22nd in Riyadh, symbolised a new era of bilateral cooperation. Under the patronage of His Excellency Bandar AlKhorayef, the event brought together over 75 Australian participants and attracted more than 1,000 attendees over two days. This groundbreaking event showcased Australia’s talent and expertise, reinforcing cross-border investment opportunities and laying a solid foundation for future collaborations.

Sam Jamsheedi is an Australian entrepreneur and the founder of the Trademark Group of Companies. Trademark Group is an internationally recognised entity with offices in Australia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia, operating across various industries. Jamsheedi is also the chairman of the Australian Saudi Business Forum, which promotes trade and investment between Australia and Saudi Arabia.
Jamsheedi has played a significant role in bridging business opportunities between Australia and the Middle East, especially focusing on Saudi Arabia. Since the launch of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify its economy and reduce dependence on oil, Jamsheedi has led multiple trade missions to the country. These missions have connected numerous Australian businesses with emerging opportunities in Saudi Arabia, facilitating significant bilateral trade and investment deals.
He has also been instrumental in establishing the Trademark Group’s presence in Riyadh and creating platforms like the Australian Saudi Business Forum to support ongoing business relationships and development between the two countries.

Joel Andrew Fitzgibbon (born 16 January 1962) is a retired Australian politician. He is a member of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) and has served in the House of Representatives from 1996 to 2022, representing the New South Wales seat of Hunter. He served as Minister for Defence (2007–2009) in the first Rudd government and Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (2013) in the second Rudd government. He was also Chief Government Whip in the House of Representatives (2010–2013) in the Gillard government.

He joined Emaar Properties in 2000, where his dedication and leadership saw him rise to Group CEO after 14 years.
